according to Adam and his sources, the movie should just be called the Leonardo Code, because Leonardo Da Vinci just means Leonardo, from Vinci, it's not his last name, but I doubt anyone cares in popular culture anyway.

It is kinda like the words nauseous and noxious. People always say, "I feel nauseous/noxious." meaning to say they feel nauseated or sick to their stomach. But really nauseous and noxious mean that they make other people feel nauseated. (The correct usage is: "That stew is nauseous and makes me nauseated.")

Do people care or know the difference? No.
